Question for people who have worked in a bank?

When I spoke to my bank's branch manager an issue with a check, she accused me and my business of violating federal law, defrauding the bank, and of passing illegal checks through the ATM. She said she was personally going to review my account for the past six years for fraud, turn it over to the bank and repiort me to the government. I called the police and reported her, reported her to her regional manager, and will report the incident to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on Monday. I am convinced that the bank regional manager (her boss) is going to send her flowers and a card expressing sympathy for her bad luck in having me for a customer. I don't think the bank cares about customer service at at all.

My question: Am I wrong? Do banks care about things like this? Do they have policies in place, do they take action to remedy problems, or was this just another day for them, another buck? Thank you.

Question for people who have worked in a bank?
Not really. I don't work in a bank but I manage three check cashing companies and deal with 3 different banks several times a day. They stick together alot. What was her reasoning for saying you did all this? Email me with more details and I can help you easier.
Reply:Where there is smoke there is fire. Blow on it.
Reply:It depends whether she was right or not?
